The consent forms/ballots have gone out via email. Physical mailings have also gone out to homeowners for whom we do not have an email address. The display “from” name is Smith Jadin Johnson, PLLC, so be sure to check spam folders for that name.

Once we have 67% consent from our community and the condo community, we will run title searches for unknown mortgage companies and get mortgagee consent.
