Over the past several weeks, your board has been working on a full review of Silvertree's governing documents, the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Declaration. Rather than presenting this all at once, we're breaking it into a series of sessions so everyone has a real chance to understand what's being proposed, why, and how it compares to what's in place today.
This series kicks off September 2026. Here's what to expect.
Each session covers one document (or part of a larger one) and walks through the old language next to the new, why each change is being proposed, and any additional recommendations from the board or documents committee.
Every session ends with open Q&A.
Sessions are open to everyone and will be recorded and posted so you can watch on your own time if you can't join live.
After each session, you'll have one week to review the recording and materials and send us any feedback or concerns.
The board reviews that feedback at the next board meeting following each session, alongside input from the documents committee and legal counsel where needed, before anything moves into the next draft.

Materials

Share Your Feedback
A feedback form will be posted after each session below the appropriate recording below. Your input goes to the board before anything moves into the next draft.
