Regularly scheduled board meetings with the community are on the second Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September and November.

Working Board meetings are scheduled as needed throughout the year.

All meetings are open to the public, except as allowed by Colorado law and HOA Documents.

All meeting agendas will be posted to the community via this website and email at least two days prior to the meeting, except where specified differently by the SilverTree HOA Documents, accessible through the link above.

All meeting minutes will be posted within a few days of each meeting, accessible through the link above.
